About

Every industry taught me the same lesson: flow is designed, not found.

I’ve spent my career inside complex operations — technology in the late ’90s, logistics and interiors through the 2000s, and healthcare since 2012, where I’ve led case management and hospital operations from the unit level to the director’s chair.

On paper that looks like three careers. In practice it was one continuous question: why does the work get stuck, and what would it take to make it flow?

Warehouses taught me that layout is destiny. Vendor operations taught me that visibility beats urgency. Nursing taught me that every system is ultimately a human system — and that the people closest to the friction usually already know the answer. Leadership taught me that my job is to build the conditions where they can act on it.

Today I bring all of it to one problem set: helping hospitals — and the technology companies that serve them — design clarity into their operations. So patients move, teams breathe, and leaders lead.

The first question I ask is whether we’re solving the right problem. The second is who is best positioned to solve it. Most of what follows is designing the system that lets them succeed.
